Background -Previously 18 years working in the FAI (&30 years coaching experience) and prior to that I worked in the Finance department of AXA Insurance. Focus area’s were Player & Coach & youth development. Led strategic technical player development plans such as Futsal, worked across FAI emerging talent centres and travelled extensively monitoring European youth development trends.

Red is an experienced Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Youth Coach & Coach Educator. Red is a UEFA A & CAF A licence Holder. Red spent a number of years working for the Morocco FA. An invaluable experience working with some of the most talented youth players in Morocco. He also actively works for Coerver Leinster and has a clear methodology for individual player development.

In recent years Red has been has been contracted to the DDSL to upskill coaches in the league through coach development.

Vanessa McCann

TFS Head of Performance Psychology & Player Wellbeing

Sports, Exercise & Performance Psychologist

Vanessa holds a Degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Sports, Exercise and Performance Psychology, and is a UEFA C Licence holder. A former senior international footballer and All-Ireland Golf medallist, she brings real-world experience of high-performance sport.

She has worked with underage Irish international teams, League of Ireland academies and senior squads, and GAA team with a strong focus on confidence, wellbeing and player welfare, supporting both male and female footballers to thrive on and off the pitch.
